Komunikat Nr 8 – zebranie prezydium Rady Naczelnej Polonii Australijskiej

 

W dniu 13 stycznia 2026 odbyło się (na platformie Zoom) pierwsze miesięczne zebranie prezydium RNPA w nowym roku.

 

 

Prezydium omówiło następujące sprawy i tematy, w tym:

  • korespondencja, sprawy finansowe i organizacyjne;
  • Poradnik Administracyjno-Operacyjny RNPA przygotowany przez Dr W. Wnuka i umieszczony na witrynie RNPA;
  • opracowanie „Polacy w Australii i Rada Naczelna Polonii Australijskiej – historia” przygotowane przez T. Cieślaka – na witrynie PCCA;
  • sukces nowej witryny KOPA – ponad 5000 odsłonięć przed końcem 2025 roku; M. Wray podziękowała H. Kurylewskiemu za pomoc w kontaktach z P. Grzeszczakiem (konstrukcja witryny), a M. Kwiatkowska wyraziła uznanie dla pracy wykonanej przez J. Tarnowską (opracowanie materiałów);
  • sprawozdanie ustne z Festiwalu PolArt 2025/26, który był bardzo udany;
  • inicjatywy i sprawy omówione podczas spotkania członków prezydium z konsulem generalnym P. Rakowskim i konsulem M. Stusem (m.in. Census 2026 – plan promocji, informator o dotacjach państwowych i środkach z fundacji dostępnych dla organizacji społecznych w Australii, zbiory archiwalne, zabezpieczanie grobów kombatantów II wojny światowej);
  • ważne wydarzenia polonijne z udziałem członków prezydium reprezentujących Radę Naczelną.

 

Zebrania prezydium odbywają się w pierwszy poniedziałek każdego miesiąca.

Communique No. 8 - Meeting of the Executive Committee of the Polish Community Council of Australia

 

The first monthly meeting of the Executive Committee in 2026 took place via the Zoom platform on 13 January 2026.

 

 

Topics of discussion included the following matters:

  • correspondence, financial and organisational matters;
  • PCCA Administrative and Operational Guide, prepared by Dr. W. Wnuk and posted on the PCCA website;
  • short publication "Poles in Australia and the Polish Community Council of Australia – History" prepared by T. Cieslak – available on PCCA’s website;
  • success of the new Polish Education Commission in Australia (KOPA) website – over 5,000 views before the end of 2025; M. Wray thanked H. Kurylewski for help in contacting P. Grzeszczak (website design), and M. Kwiatkowska expressed her appreciation for the work done by J. Tarnowska (preparation of materials for the website);
  • oral report from the PolArt Festival 2025/26, which was very successful and well received;
  • initiatives and matters discussed during meeting of the Executive Committee with Consul General of the Republic of Poland P. Rakowski and Consul M. Stus (such as Census 2026 – promotion plan, information on state grants and resources distributed by foundations for which community organisations in Australia may apply, archival collections, protecting the graves of World War II veterans);
  • important Polish community events attended by members of the Executive Committee.

 

 

Meetings of the Executive Committee are held on the first Monday of each month.
